The Baltic Sea region with beautifull sandy beaches, unspoiled nature and the sea itself offer exactly what you were looking for. It goes without saying that the training programme includes catering and refreshments to push the participant's motivation.

Team training on the beach

• 30-350 participants
• Operated throughout the year

Opening speech by a sports celebrity including a short experience report from regular competitions. This way, experiences of self-motivation and team spirit are passed on right from the beginning.
After this motivating start with "accessible celebrities" the participants will have the "competition experience" themselves. On the beach we set up a beach decathlon, carried out by the teams step by step. In this respect, it is crucial, that the entire team cooperates and challenges all stages together. Only the team can achieve good results. The individual training stages are set up in a way that nobody is overtaxed or undertaxed. Every team member can find the position, where he/she is best. The evaluation is carried out right on-site including an award ceremony.
In the cold season, the team trainings are carried out in a horse-riding hall.

Team training onboard of a sailing yacht: "We are all in the same boat"

• 5-40 participants
• Operatability: From May to October, afterwards outside the Baltic Sea

This team training includes probably the largest symbolism, a company could imagine for its employees. The entire team of a department or a company goes onboard of a sailing yacht to sail it commonly. This is quite similar to the way a company should act: speed up commonly and keep the right course to reach the harbour (good profits).
However, on the way there may be storms and heavy weather, which can only be overcome, if the team stands together. These trainings can be accomplished starting from 1 up to 5 days. We also "insert" a samll error onboard, which must be detected and repaired by the entire team. Very quickly everybody recognizes that a repaired error allows to keep the course, so that the ship (company) can lie in calm waters. A special highlight could be the involvement of celebrities from the sailing sports, e.g. T. Kröger, J. Schümann, T. Kolb, P. Bartelt just to name a few. Match races with high-tech yachts of the V.O. 60 class (Volvo Ocean Racer) will be another special occasion to support the undoubted sustainability of these team trainings.

Communication workshop with a mobile flight simulator

• Operated throughout the year

Experience the fascination to fly at flying altitude zero. There will be a training of top-class communication coaches. The gained knowledge will be implemented inside a flight simulator where an airplane has to be steered. The implied symbolism is particularly attractive for managers, as for them it means to steer a company without a crash.

Our mobile flight simulator can be used at nearly every location and will be accompanied by experienced pilots and engineers. There is space for three persons inside the cockpit, captain, co-pilot and steward.
