In addition to the popular local events like "Ostsee-Jazz", Music Summer, "Warnemuender Woche" and the famous Hanse Sail we would be delighted to develop and organize your individual event to suit any particular venue.


Be it either product launch of new vehicles in shipyard halls, golf events in castle hotels or gala venues in 4-5-star hotels in Rostock or the vicinity of Rostock - the region offers plenty of opportunities.

Just to name one example: Gala venue on the occasion of an employee triathlon award of an international insurance company.

The motto of the customer, for example "triathlon" is supposed to be integrated into the venue. This is an excellent opportunity for an interesting programme. First of all, we focus on the mere definition of the term "triathlon" in order to build a bridge to the client's philosophy. Obviously, the term is exclusively used in sports. It is a competition demanding high requirements for the participants and is very often regarded as a big challenge.

Having the motto in mind - the whole evening is developed in a way that the trilogy can be identified in all major aspects. In doing so, the triathlon forms the basis for this.

Decoration, food & beverages, and the show stem, for instance, from three countries:

• Hawaii: Here is the home of the Ironman - the most challenging triathlon of the world. Only the best take part, meaning only the best salesman for the customer.
• Greece: Triathlon is an Olympic discipline and we experienced the Olympic year with games taking place in Athens.
• Mecklenburg: The gala venue takes place in Mecklenburg - Rostock was among the applicant cities for the sailing competitions 2012.

Programme

All participants meet in front of the hotel complex/ at the event location. At that point of time the route from the hotel to the event hall / boat hall is either blocked or secured. Olymp and Olympia pick up the guests and take care that nobody is heading alone for the hall.

Furthermore, an old white man (Socrates) is sitting on a pedestal in front of the gala venue location and philosophizes, thus drawing his attention and shortening the time for the waiting guests. The subject of his speech is related to Olympia and Marathon. It contains the competitions and includes both product and corporate philosophy of the customer.

Olympic Fire:

• As soon as all guests are there, Socrates ignites the torch with the Olympic Fire. Olymp and Olympia support him during the ceremony. The torch is handed over to one of the executives in order to ignite a fire in front of the event location.
• Socrates accompanies the further programme and asks the guests one after another to line up in a row. Beginning from the starting point, everybody is passing the torch, lines up in the row and hands over the torch to the next person.
• Olymp and Olympia support the activities alongside the route.
• Hawaiian girls welcome every guest with a Hawaiian flower lei. The service staff - in customs of the three countries - serves a Greek cocktail and a complimentary Mecklenburgean snack.
